Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />May 13, 1987 <br />Commissioner Berger said she would support Cameron Avenue going <br />through because it is a public street, public streets should be <br />open. <br />Commissioner Tarver recommended working with the school district <br />relating to the school site, keeping the dialogue going. <br />Mr. Swift stated that the City has been having conversations with <br />the school district for about one year. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Tarver, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt that PUD-83-10-4M/83-12-3M/86-15-2M be <br />recommended for approval subject to the condition of the staff <br />report, i.e. "That Cameron Avenue be constructed as planned, and <br />that a gate designed to the specifications of the City Engineer <br />be installed across Cameron Avenue at the eastern boundary of the <br />Mohr Park development." <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Tarver and Chairman <br />Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-52 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of this case as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSIONS REVIE~P <br />Information Report - Upcoming Cases <br />No action required. <br />Report on City Council Actions May 5, 1987 <br />Mr. Swift reviewed the actions of the Council in upholding the <br />appeal of the applicant concerning the conditional use permit on <br />E1 Capitan Drive on the denial of the Planning Commission. <br />Report on Signs in City Parks Relating to Golf <br />No action required. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />None. <br />REFERRALS <br />None. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSIONS INFORMATION <br />None. <br />- 12 - <br /> <br />
