Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />April 8, 1987 <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: ~ None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-40 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case PUD-81-30-39D as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hoyt, seconded by Commissioner <br />Berger that Case PUD-81-30-39D be recommended for approval <br />subject to the conditions shown in the staff report and addendum <br />thereto. <br />PUD-87-5, Stoneson Development Corp. <br />Application of Stoneson Development Corporation to rezone from <br />the RM-2500 (Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential District <br />and for development plan approval for a 104-unit townhouse <br />complex, to be located on an approximately 13.5 acre site, <br />located in the area bounded by Stoneridge Drive, Springdale <br />Avenue, Gold Creek, and Pleasant Hill Drive. <br />This item was continued to April 22, 1987. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION~3 REVIEW <br />Status Report on Trash Enclosures at Pleasanton Station <br />Chairman Lindsey asked staff to keep on top of this project to <br />make sure all conditions are met. <br />Mr. Swift reported that Mr. Ollendick has reported he believes he <br />has another tenant for the Pleasanton Station railroad site. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. Swift reported that Reynolds and Brown will be constructing <br />two temporary softball fields in their park. The developers <br />asked their tenants if anyone would be interested, and the <br />results are that 15 teams were formed. <br />Commissioner Michelotti commented that the volley ball courts on <br />Valley and Hopyard Road are getting a lot of use. <br />RFTi'F.17R~T..C <br />There are none. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSIONS INFORMATION <br />There was none presented. <br />- 12 - <br />
