Mr. Swift stated that
they had a grading permit, but didn't follow it. For some reason
it was not caught by the engineers. Commissioner Innes asked if
the developer or contractor have been fined. Mr. Swift stated
that no one has been fined for grading differently than what was
called for on the grading plan. Commissioner Innes asked if
there is a process for fining developers who violate their
grading permits. Mr. Swift said there is but it is very rarely
used with respect to this type of thing. Normally a stop work
order is put on a job and the project gets put back as approved.
Chairman Lindsey said the matter should be addressed at City
Council.
COMMUNICATIONS
There was none.
RFFF.RRnT.C
There was none.
MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION
There was none.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting of February 11, 1987 was adjourned at 9:50pm by
Chairman Larry Lindsey.
Respectfully submitted,
Brian W. wift
Secretary
- 8 -
_ ~. _ . _. _ _~__ . _-. _ T__ .._. _..... __._..._._ ___ _. _._. _ _ __ _ . _ .
