January 28, 1986 <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />Resolution No. DRB-87-08 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of the Negative Declaration as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger to recommend approval of Case RZ-87-1 as <br />recommended by staff. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. DRB-87-09 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case RZ-87-1 as motioned. <br />PUD-82-16-2M, H S C Development <br />Application of H S C Development for a major modification to an <br />approved development plan for a 39-unit single-family residential <br />project to allow for an increase to a 48 unit project, to be <br />located on an approximately 42 acre site, located generally on <br />the north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of <br />Rhine Way and Crellin Road. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Low Density and Rural Density <br />Residential District. <br />This item was continued to 2/11/87 as stated. <br />PUD-86-19, Gooch and Associates/Caldwell <br />Application of Gooch and Associates and Harry Caldwell for <br />development plan. approval for a 20-unit residential project to be <br />located on an approximately two acre site, located at 3745 <br />Vineyard Avenue. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District. <br />This item was continued to 2/11/87 as stated. <br />PUD-86-20, Gooch and Associates/Riccio <br />Application of Gooch and Associates and Sylvia Riccio for <br />development plan approval for a 40-unit residential project to be <br />located on an approximately 3.7 acre site, located at 3759 <br />Vineyard Avenue.
