MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, January 28, 1987 <br />8:oopm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of January 28, 1987 was called to <br />order at 8:3opm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />onr r_ nar.T. <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, John Inner, <br />Sharrell Michelotti and Larry Lindsey, <br />Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Brian W. swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Gary Leach, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary. <br />Jim Balch was in the audience <br />representing the Police Department. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the January 14, 1987 Planning Commission meeting <br />were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />MINUTES <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE MINUTES <br />Mr. Swift asked that the following items be continued to <br />February 11, 1987: <br />5(b) HSC, 6(c)/(d), PUD-86-19/10 <br />The Commission agreed to these continuances. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Chairman Lindsey announced that he was changing the order of the <br />agenda so that UP-87-1 would be heard first, PUD-86-16 second and <br />RZ-87-1 would be heard third. <br />- 1 - <br />
