MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 14, 1987 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-05 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-86-53 as motioned. <br />PUD-82-16-2M, H S C Development <br />Application of H S C Development for a major modification to an <br />approved development plan for a 39-unit single-family residential <br />project to allow for an increase to a 48 unit project, to be <br />located on an approximately 42 acre site, located generally on <br />the north side of Crellin Road, opposite the intersection of <br />Rhine way and Crellin Road. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Low Density and Rural Density <br />Residential District. <br />This item was continued to 1/28/87. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />RZ-86-11, Panganiban <br />Review prezoning the 63 acre site located adjacent to Dublin <br />Canyon Road to the "A" (Agricultural) or any other district <br />consistent with the General Plan. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this item. <br />Brad Hirst, 2456 Minivet Court, stated that this is a <br />house-cleaning item and urge the Planning Commission to recommend <br />approval of it. <br />Mr. Hirst went on to explain the Williamson Act for the benefit <br />of the audience and Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger to recommend approval of the prezoning the 63 <br />acre site located adjacent Dublin Canyon Road (Panganiban) to the <br />"A" (Agricultural) Zoning District. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Innes, Michelotti and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-87-06 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case RZ-86-11 for the 63 acre site as motioned. <br />- 10 - <br />
