MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, January 14, 1987 <br />8:o0pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of January 14, 1987 was called to <br />order at 8:30pm by Chairman Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />D/1T.T_ l~7l T_T. <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Joyce Berger, Brian Hoyt, <br />John Innes, 5harrell Michelotti and <br />Larry Lindsey, Chairman <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Joe <br />Elliott, Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities; Gary LeacYi, Assistant <br />Director of Public Works.. and <br />Utilities; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of the November 25, and December 10, 1986 meetings <br />were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY__ITEM WHICH IS_ NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Innes stated that the west side of Foothill Road at <br />Stoneridge Drive has become a proliferation of signs. There is <br />currently even a sign which says "this ad space for rent, <br />365-4000." Commissioner Innes asked staff to investigate this <br />situation. <br />Commissioner Michelotti thanked whoever is is who is responsible <br />for removing the graffiti on the sound wall on West Las Positas <br />Boulevard, near Luclcy stores. <br />- 1 - <br />
