Mr. Swif t presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Case RZ-H8-6 subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />No one represented the application. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by <br />Commissioner Tarver recommending approval of Case RZ-88-b that <br />Table 18.44.090 be amended to allow childcare as a conditional <br />use within the CRtm) and CRtp) coning Districts. <br />RQLL_CALL_VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, <br />and Chairman Hoyt <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-BB-81 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case RZ-98-6 as motioned. <br />PUD-_85-15=2D1_Currin/Timm <br />Application of Currin Construction Company and Timm Development, <br />Inc. f or development plan approval for a 95-parcel residential <br />project to be located on the west side of Foothill Road <br />approximately 3,100 feet south of the intersection of Bernal <br />Ave. and Foothill Road. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Low Density Residential/Open Space <br />District. <br />Application continued to August 10, 1988. <br />PUD-_95-_21-_2M:_Connolly <br />Application of Robert Connolly f or a major modification to an <br />approved planned unit development for a nine-unit residential <br />project to change the building height restriction from ib feet <br />to 25 feet for two lots of the project located at 306 Neal <br />Street. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending denial of Case <br />PUD-95-21-2M. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Robert Connolly, 306 Neal Street, represented the application <br />and gave letters to the staff and Commission. He requested <br />that the height restriction be lifted on Lots 5 and B. He felt <br />that once grading was done on these two lots, that a two-story <br />house would not affect the view.
