ROLL_CALL_VOTE <br />AYES: Camrnissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Micheletti <br />NOES: None <br />ASSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-88-144 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-88-~6 as motioned_ <br />Tract_5699s_Connolly <br />Application of Robert Connolly for a one-year extension to <br />record an approved tentative tract map to subdivide an <br />approximately ~.4 site into nine parcels for single-family <br />residential use, ranging in size from approximately 8444 square <br />feet to approximately 21,444 square feet located at 346 Neal <br />Street. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />Tract 5699 sub3ect to conditions of the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Robert Connolly, ~~4b Neal Street, represented the application <br />and concurred with all conditions of the staff report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Mahern, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger approving Tract 5699 subject to conditions <br />of the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL_VOTE_ <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Micheletti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. F'C-88-141 was entered and adopted approving Tract <br />5699 as motioned. <br />PUD-_83-_12_-5M1_bas_Homes1_Inc_ <br />Application of bas Homes, Inc. for a mayor modification to an <br />approved development plan for an existing residential pro3ect to <br />allow b foot fences to be constructed within 7 feet of the <br />property line on the street side of a corner located on Lots 7, <br />11, 14, 15, and 19 of Tract 5445 on Martin Avenue.
