MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />~C~Q O1 d Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, November 9, 1988 <br />8:D4pm <br />CALL_TO_ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 9, 1988 was called <br />to order at 8:1t~ pm by Chairman Michelotti. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL_CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Berger, Jack Hovingh, Brian Hoyt, <br />Marcelline Mahern, Ben Tarver, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Chandler Lee, <br />Principal planner; and Terry Birkenfeld, <br />Recording Secretary <br />APPi~OVAL_OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the (7ctober ~b Planning Commission meeting were <br />approved as amended: <br />F'age 11, 8th paragraph -Chairman Michelotti wished to change <br />the last sentence to read: Mr. k;antor noted that they had taken <br />over the management of the Hopyard Center next to the Sports <br />F'ark. <br />iMEETING OPEN FOR ANY__MEMBER_ OF_ THE_AUDIEh1CE_TO_ADDRESS_THE_ <br />PLANNING COMMISSION DN ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />------------------------------------------------------------- <br />AGENDA <br />Stanley Rathbone, ~~~ Ray Street, referred to a legal notice <br />notice regarding a new redevelopment project and wondered <br />whether his property was included in that. Mr. Swift said that <br />Mr. F~athbone'S property is included in that boundary. <br />REVISIO~IS_AND OMI5SIONS_TO_THE_AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift asked for continuances until Tuesday, November 2~ far <br />Case PUD-88-11, AltierilMarshall!Thompson; PUD-87-19, Dr. and <br />Mrs. 4~illiam Yee; and UP-88-54, Stanley Partners.
