MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Rleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, October 12, 1988 <br />8: OOpm <br />CALL_TO_ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of October 12, 1988 was called <br />to order at 8:15 pm by Chairman Micheletti. <br />The Fledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />FcOLL_CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Sack Hovingh, Marcelline Mahern, Ben <br />Tarver {arrived at 9:15pm) and Chairman <br />Micheletti <br />Commissioners Absent: Joyce Berger and Prian Hoyt <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Swift, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Joe Elliott, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Jim Balch, Police Sergeant; and Terry <br />Birkenfeld, Recording Secretary <br />AFPROVAL_DF_MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the September 21, 1988 Planning Commission <br />workshop were unanimously approved as submitted. <br />The Minutes of the September 28 Planning Commission meeting were <br />unanimo~.csly approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FQR__AhIY__MEMBER_ OF_ THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />P~ANNING__COMMI3SION^ ON_ ANY__ITEM_ WHICH_IS NOT_ALREADY_ON_THE_ <br />AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />REVISIOMS_AND OMIS9IDNS_TO_THE_AGENDA <br />Mr. Swift called attention to a letter from the Downtown <br />Association regarding Case RZ-88-7, City of Pleasanton asking <br />for continuance but that public testimony be taken; that a <br />continuance be granted for Case PUD-8D-16-~D, Pastel Properties; <br />GP-SB-b, Augusta/Stanley Partners; and PUD-88-10, Stanley <br />Partners until October 2b, 1988.
