RZ-88-7, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the <br />Municipal Code relating to the provisions for signs in <br />the Downtown Revitalization District. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />a. RZ-88-8, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an <br />approximately 27 acre site to the "P" (Public and <br />Institutional) District or to any other district <br />consistent with the General Plan located at the southwest <br />corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue and Case <br />Avenue. <br />b. Tract 5945, Currin/Timm <br />Application of Currin Construction and Timm Development, <br />Inc. to subdivide an approximately 260 acre site into 80 <br />parcels for single-family residential use and 4 parcels <br />for common open space and related uses, ranging in size <br />from approximately 39,000 sq. ft. to approximately 7 <br />acres, located on the west side of Foothill Road <br />approximately 3,100 sq. ft. south of the intersection of <br />Bernal avenue and Foothill Road. Zoning for the property <br />is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density <br />Residential/Open Space District. <br />c. PUD-81-30-35D-4M, Pacific Ouadrant Development <br />Application of Pacific Quadrant Development Company for a <br />major modification to an approved development plan for an <br />approximately 103,900 sq. ft. retail commercial complex <br />to allow exterior building and site changes to <br />accommodate a restaurant use to be located at the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of Hopyard Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and <br />Offices District. <br />d. UP-88-46, Chili's, Inc. <br />Application of Chili's, Inc. for a conditional use permit <br />to serve alcoholic beverages after 10:00pm on the site of <br />a proposed restaurant located at 4801 Hopyard Road. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Industrial/Commercial and Offices District. <br />7.
