NOTICE TO THOSE WISHING TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />********************* <br />The Planning Commission will grant to each person who wishes to <br />speak a chance to do so. Anyone desiring to speak may do so only <br />after being recognized by the Chairman. In addressing the <br />Planning Commission we ask that you not repeat points made by a <br />previous speaker and that you organize your comments so that your <br />statement is concise and pertinent to the topic under discussion. <br />Should rebuttal be requested each side will have a total of five <br />(5) minutes. RZ-88-1, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the <br />Municipal Code relating to provisions for secondary <br />dwelling units in residential districts. <br />b. Review of Redevelopment Plan <br />Review and recommendation to Pleasanton Community <br />Development Agency concerning proposed Redevelopment Plan <br />and Draft Environmental Impact Report. The Redevelopment <br />plan involves $53 million of public improvements within a <br />385 acre area surrounding Downtown Pleasanton. An <br />Environmental Impact Report will also be considered. <br />
