Commissioner Tarver asked for an explanation regarding City <br />policy and Mr. Quaglia explained that in the past there were no <br />ordinances specifically covering approval of temporary off-site, <br />for-sale, real estate signs and the proposed ordinance would <br />clarify the issue. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Susan Hurl, Southern Alameda County Board of Realtors, spoke in <br />support of the proposed ordinance. Ms. Hurl complemented staff <br />in being so specific. <br />Chairman Lindsey stated that he sees the monthly bulletins put <br />out by Ms. Hurl and the Southern Alameda County Board of Realtors <br />and is appreciative of the efforts made on behalf of Pleasanton. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by <br />Commissioner Berger to recommend approval of Case RZ-88-04 as <br />recommended in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-88-38 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of Case RZ-88-04 as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION~B REVIEW <br />Actions of the Council at their Meeting of 4/19/88 <br />No action taken. <br />Future Planning Calendar <br />No action taken. <br />Review of Grading Plan for the Lands of Chris Beratlis Located_at <br />2727 Crellin Road. <br />Mr. Quaglia presented the staff report reviewing the <br />circumstances surrounding the proposed grading permit. The <br />original preliminary map was submitted in 1986. The preliminary <br />map was reviewed, the applicant applied for growth management <br />approval, and then filed for their tentative map.
