The public hearing was opened. <br />Brad Hirst, 6~8~ W. Las Positas, represented the application. <br />Stanley Rathbone, ~ti~5 Ray Street asked Mr. Hirst what would <br />happen to a house located on the property_ Mr. Hirst e::plained <br />that it would not affect it.
