Zoning for the property is CR [Regional <br />Commercial-Periphery) District. <br />t'ir. Swift presented the staff report, recommending that the <br />Commissioners make the listed findings and approve Case <br />UF'-87-0~, subject to the conditions of the report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Bill Spencer of Ross, CA., owner of the operation, stated that <br />he has reviewed the staff report and agreed with the conditions. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner lyfahern asked ~'fr . Spencer i f he has other facilities <br />such as this one. He said he has one in Walnut Creek and plans <br />to have others in the future. <br />Commissioner Tar•rer ast:ed if Condition ~ might someday create a <br />problem. Mr. Spencer felt if it did it would just mean more <br />clients were coming to the Center. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Tarver, seconded by <br />Commissioner Mahern that all findings in the staff report are <br />made, and approving Case UP-97-5.:1 subject to conditions ^ne <br />through four of the staff report, amending Condition .c to <br />i nc 1 ude un 1 i mi ted numbers of students be al 1 owed after 4: t?Cf pm. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Eierger , Ho•~t , hlahern , Tarver , and <br />Vice Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey <br />AEsSTA1N: None <br />Resolution No. F'C-BS-U~ was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UF'-87-5;~ as motioned . <br />UP-87-6Gs_ Pacific___5vuthwest___Realty__Co_ISecurity__Pacific__ <br />-------- --------- ------- <br />_Na_t_i_on_al__Ba_n_k <br />Application of Pacific Southwest Realty Company and Security <br />Pacific National Bank for a use permit to establish a bank <br />facility consisting of the installation of an automatic teller <br />machine to be located at 4b2b Willow Road. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development-Industrial/Commercial <br />and Offices District. <br />h1r.
