Swift presented the staff report, recommending that the <br />Commissioners make the listed findings and approve Case <br />UF'-87-0~, subject to the conditions of the report. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Bill Spencer of Ross, CA., owner of the operation, stated that <br />he has reviewed the staff report and agreed with the conditions. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner lyfahern asked ~'fr . Spencer i f he has other facilities <br />such as this one. He said he has one in Walnut Creek and plans <br />to have others in the future. <br />Commissioner Tar•rer ast:ed if Condition ~ might someday create a <br />problem.
