Option C (the ali~anmcnt associated with Grernbriar~s current project) recci~~cd ei ~~ht (R) votes. .Although Option C was the road alignment most preferred. several conunittee members wanted to discuss how it could he modified to address their concerns about development. The Committee discussed modifi~ing the density of housing in the Greenbrier development. Roger Mannino recommended one home per acre. '(,om Smith recommended one home per acre. Pete Richert su~agestcd the density be reduced to 63 homes representin~~ 1 acre lots on .Alisal and ';~~ acre lots everywhere else.
