Matters Before the Committee <br />a. Revie~~ memo regarding I Lapp}~ Valle} Specific Plan <br />Lorie Tinfo~~ explained that she spol:c to Michael Roush. Cite Attornet~. about the <br />Specific Plan and it was conlirmed that the plan onl} applies to areas that have keen <br />annexed. Vanessa stated that the plan is being applied to any unincorporated <br />property accessing Cite facilities as Drell. Lorie asked if the Cow~ty is applying the <br />Specilic Plan's Vanessa stated that ~rhere properties are accessing se«~er and water it <br />applies and that the fit} is picking and choosing whe^ to use the plan. .Iim Freitas <br />clarified that Lrn~ie Tinlow ~ti~as saving it should not be that w•av. Vanessa responded <br />that it ma~he isn~t supposed to be that ~~~a~. but it is. Matt (a representati~ e ii~om Greenbriar) explained the dimensions. The road is <br />planned to have two ] 6 ft lanes. (hl the cast side it ~~ouid have a ~'.: ft. strip with no <br />side~~ralk. The ~~cst side ~~~ould have a ~ ft. trail. There ~~rnild be a ~ ft. berm as a <br />barrier for si~~ht and sound. Jim Freitas asked if the berm is set like that for a reason. <br />Matt ans~rered that its to keep the grading off of evcr~ ones propcrt~°. .iim asked if <br />the cars would he ~~isihlc over the berm. Matt indicated it «ould be tough to see an}~ <br />cars over the bens. <br />Tom Smith asked that Option #1 on the map not be eliminated at this point in time. <br />Bob ~y4aund indicated that its conceivahle there will be no satisfaction with am~ <br />options and the conu»ittee will potentially be lookin~~ at status quo as the <br />recommendation. <br />Wes Felton asked if it is eorrect that the Cite does not ha~~e to go along ~~°ith and <br />option that the committee comes up with.
