Approves the Negative Declaration for Cases <br /> PUD-80-16-3M, PUD-80-16-5D, PUD-80-16-6D, and <br /> PUD-80-16-7D, the application for major modification to <br /> an approved development plan to relocate approved <br /> commercial, office and industrial uses located on an <br /> approximately 82.0 acre site located generally in the <br /> northwest quadrant of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive, <br /> and for development plan approval to construct a multi- <br /> building office complex on 8.8 acres (PUD-80-16-5D), two <br /> industrial flex buildings on 4.28 acres (PUD-80-16-6D), <br /> and for a five-building retail commercial center on 5.4 <br /> acres (PUD-80-16-7D) <br /> <br />Section 2.
