CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-138 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE PUD-80-16-3MAPPLICATION OF PACTEL PROPERTIES FOR <br />A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AND FOR DEVELO~ PLAN APPROVALS FILED <br />UNDER CASE NUMBERS PUD-80-16D-5D, PUD-80-16-6D, AND <br />PUD-80-16-7D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 17, 1990, the City Council <br /> received the proposed negative declaration for PUD-80- <br /> 16-3M, PUD-80-16-5D, PUD-80-16-6D, and PUD-80-16-7D, the <br /> application for major modification to an approved <br /> development plan to relocate approved commercial, office <br /> and industrial uses located on an approximately 82.0 <br /> acre site located generally in the northwest quadrant of <br /> Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive, and for development <br /> plan approval to construct a multi-building office <br /> complex on 8.8 acres (PUD-80-16-5D), two industrial flex <br /> buildings on 4.28 acres (PUD-80-16-6D), and for a five- <br /> building retail commercial center on 5.4 acres <br /> (PUD-80-16-7D); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated June 25, 1990 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held July 17, 1990 at <br /> which time the public was given the opportunity to <br /> comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have <br /> any significant adverse effects on the environment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
