CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 90-138 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-80-16-3MAPPLICATION OF PACTEL PROPERTIES FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND FOR DEVELO~ PLAN APPROVALS FILED UNDER CASE NUMBERS PUD-80-16D-5D, PUD-80-16-6D, AND PUD-80-16-7D WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 17, 1990, the City Council received the proposed negative declaration for PUD-80- 16-3M, PUD-80-16-5D, PUD-80-16-6D, and PUD-80-16-7D, the application for major modification to an approved development plan to relocate approved commercial, office and industrial uses located on an approximately 82.0 acre site located generally in the northwest quadrant of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive, and for development plan approval to construct a multi-building office complex on 8.8 acres (PUD-80-16-5D), two industrial flex buildings on 4.28 acres (PUD-80-16-6D), and for a five- building retail commercial center on 5.4 acres (PUD-80-16-7D); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 25, 1990 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held July 17, 1990 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
