No modifications shall be allowed to the "y" hammerhead on Lot 1 or to <br />the driveway leading to Lot 1, including the two foot wide grass strips <br />adjacent to the driveway, unless otherwise approved by the Fire Marshal <br />and the Planning Director. The "y" hammerhead and driveway are needed <br />for emergency ingress and egress. <br />ii. Agate shall not be allowed over the driveway leading to Lot 1. <br /> <br />
