2.1.3 <br /> <br /> For Basic Services described in Paragraphs 2.1.4 and 2.2.7, and other services <br />associated with furniture selection, compensation shall be on an hourly basis, at the rates <br />described in Paragraph 3.1 below. The maximum Compensation for these Basic Services shall <br />not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00). <br /> <br />3.0 COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />3.1 <br /> <br />3.2 <br /> <br /> For Additional Services of the CONSULTANT, as described in Exhibit C, but excluding <br />Additional Services of consultants, Compensation shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br />Principals' Time at a rate of Ninety-Five Dollars ($95.00) per hour. <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT's employees at a multiple of two and three-quarters (2.75) times <br />their Direct Personnel Expense (Direct salary plus benefits cost). The maximum hourly fees <br />shall not exceed the ranges indicated below: <br /> <br />Project Manager: <br />Project Professional: <br />Technical Staff: <br />Support Staff: <br /> <br />$65-$78/hour <br />$48-$62/hour <br />$38-$45/hour <br />$36-$47/hour <br /> <br /> For Additional Services of the CONSULTANT's Consultants, including additional <br />structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services, compensation shall be a multiple of <br />one and fifteen hundredths (1.15) times the amounts billed to the CONSULTANT for such <br />services. <br /> <br />3.3 <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide CITY with detailed invoice for work completed. <br /> <br />3.4 <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT shall provide detailed invoice for reimbursable. <br /> <br />4.0 <br /> <br />4.1 <br /> <br />FOR REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br /> For Reimbursable Expenses, such as reproduction, postage and handling, compensa- <br />tion shall be.a multiple of one and fifteen hundredths (1.15) times the amounts expended by the <br />CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT's employees and consultants in the interest of the Project. <br /> <br />5.0 <br /> <br />5.1 <br /> <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> If the Scope of the Project or of the CONSULTANT's Services is changed materially, the <br />CiTY and the CONSULTANT shall negotiate in good faith to adjust the amounts of compensa- <br />tion equitably. <br /> <br />D2 <br /> <br /> <br />
