2.1.3 For Basic Services described in Paragraphs 2.1.4 and 2.2.7, and other services associated with furniture selection, compensation shall be on an hourly basis, at the rates described in Paragraph 3.1 below. The maximum Compensation for these Basic Services shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00). 3.0 COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES 3.1 3.2 For Additional Services of the CONSULTANT, as described in Exhibit C, but excluding Additional Services of consultants, Compensation shall be computed as follows: Principals' Time at a rate of Ninety-Five Dollars ($95.00) per hour. The CONSULTANT's employees at a multiple of two and three-quarters (2.75) times their Direct Personnel Expense (Direct salary plus benefits cost). The maximum hourly fees shall not exceed the ranges indicated below: Project Manager: Project Professional: Technical Staff: Support Staff: $65-$78/hour $48-$62/hour $38-$45/hour $36-$47/hour For Additional Services of the CONSULTANT's Consultants, including additional structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services, compensation shall be a multiple of one and fifteen hundredths (1.15) times the amounts billed to the CONSULTANT for such services. 3.3 The CONSULTANT shall provide CITY with detailed invoice for work completed. 3.4 The CONSULTANT shall provide detailed invoice for reimbursable. 4.0 4.1 FOR REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES For Reimbursable Expenses, such as reproduction, postage and handling, compensa- tion shall be.a multiple of one and fifteen hundredths (1.15) times the amounts expended by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT's employees and consultants in the interest of the Project. 5.0 5.1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS If the Scope of the Project or of the CONSULTANT's Services is changed materially, the CiTY and the CONSULTANT shall negotiate in good faith to adjust the amounts of compensa- tion equitably.
