Resolution No. 90-122 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Section 3: Effect of Approval. <br /> <br />The effect of these growth management <br />approvals shall be to permit development in <br />accordance with Chapter 17.36 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code, with the other <br />terms and conditions set forth in this <br />resolution, and with the terms and conditions <br />of Growth Management Agreements authorized by <br />this resolution. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />This resolution does not guarantee the <br />availability of sufficient sewage treatment <br />capacity to serve the projects which have <br />received growth management approval. Building <br />permits may be withheld if sewage treatment <br />capacity is determined by the City, the <br />Dublin-San Ramon Services District or the <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board not to be <br />available at the time a developer applies for <br />a building permit. In the event sewage <br />treatment capacity is not available to enable <br />a developer to meet the development schedule <br />approved by this resolution, the City may <br />enact amendments to this resolution which <br />will, in so far as is feasible, carry out the <br />intent of this resolution given the <br />availability of sewage treatment capacity. <br /> <br />Section 4: Developers shall provide various capital <br /> improvements as follows: <br /> <br />Project <br /> <br />Capital ImDrovements Contribution <br /> <br />A-M Homes <br /> <br />Waterline, Muirwood to Foothill <br />(estimate $101,000) <br /> <br />Presley Homes <br /> <br />$2,000/unit for C.I.P. Projects <br /> <br />Bren Company <br /> <br />Partial improvements (one lane plus <br />median) to eastbound Stoneridge <br />Drive (est. $200,000); <br />reimbursement allowed if Catholic <br />Church lands change to residential <br /> <br />William Day Co. <br /> <br />Vineyard Ave. median landscaping, <br />western edge of mobile home parks to <br />Montevino (not to exceed $138,000) <br /> <br /> <br />
