CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-122 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SELECTING GROWTH MANAGEMENT <br />PROJECTS FOR 1991 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on June 25, 1990, the City Council considered the <br />report of its Growth Management Committee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />based upon the information presented in the report <br />and in City Council's review of the proposed <br />schedule of allocations, the City Council finds the <br />projects and schedule of development are in <br />furtherance of the public interest and in <br />furtherance of the City's General Plan policies; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The city hereby grants growth management approval <br />to the following projects for development in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />Project <br /> <br /> Year Approved <br />1991 1992 1993 <br /> <br />A-M Homes (47 Units) <br /> <br />24 23 <br /> <br />Summerhill (153 units) <br /> <br />91 62 <br /> <br />Presley Homes (100 units) <br /> <br />20 50 30 <br /> <br />Bren Co. (23 units) <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />Alameda County (152 units) <br /> <br />26 60 66 <br /> <br />TOTAL 228 263 96 <br /> <br />Sectio~ 2: <br /> <br /> In addition to development fees in effect at the <br />time each building permit is issued, each <br />developer shall pay a growth management fee of $750 <br />per dwelling unit at the time a building permit is <br />issued for each unit to offset the cumulative cost <br />of capital facilities made necessary by ongoing <br />residential development. <br /> <br /> <br />
