Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. 37 The applicant shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Director of Building Inspection for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the time specified by the Director, but in all cases before the issuance of a grading permit. 38 Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information as approved by the Director. Fire 39 The applicant shall install an automatic fire sprinkler system for both the existing church building and the new addition unless otherwise specifically approved by the Fire Chief. The sprinkler system shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Fire Chief and Director of Building Inspection prior to issuance of a building permit. 40 Fire alarm and detection systems are required subject to the review and approval by the Fire Chief. Detailed plans showing the facility layout, including ceiling heights, office areas, storage plans and heights, etc. shall be submitted by the applicants to the Fire Chief prior to installation of said systems. 41 The applicant shall post address numerals on the new building so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours.
