PART Ty~~O - (anticipated construction in 2010-2013) <br />• Multipurpose Meeting Room Addition: single story approximately 3,108 square feet <br />attached to the south of the existing building. <br />• Planned Usage: The Church will utilize the meeting rooms for Christian education and <br />other meetings of the congregation. Outside conununity groups, such as Boy Scouts, 12- <br />step programs and other community groups, may be granted access for meetings. <br />• Site Improvements: Site Development area Part II: 11,500 square feet; Includes: new, <br />relocated and/or extended utility infrastructure for sewer, water, fire water lines, gas <br />service and electrical power; landscaping around new improvement areas; new concrete <br />walkway areas connecting to existing walks and parking areas. <br />• Fire Access: Fire access is provided to all buildings from the north parking lot via access <br />from Golden Road and Hopyard Road <br />• Exterior Lighting: exterior lighting will be installed enhance the proposed building and <br />site appeazance from the street and will be directed downwazd away from adjacent <br />properties. The new building will have perimeter downlights in the building soffits to <br />accent the building articulation. Per discussion w/Jenny Soo, as a condition of approval, <br />lighting details and a photometric site plan will be presented to the planning department <br />for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />Construction Staging: Construction staging, project trailer and materials storage aeeas <br />will be located to the open area east of the addition, and just west of the existing parking <br />Int. Staging areas will remain fenced, and pedestrian traffic to the Church and Preschool <br />will be directed around the construction site.
