NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Denies the appeal, Case PAP-105, thereby upholding the Planning <br />Commission's approval of Case PCUP-155/PDR-513, the application of Trinity Lutheran <br />Church for a conditional use permit and design review for the expansion of the existing <br />Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 1225 Hopyard Road, consisting of the replacement of <br />the existing temporary modular buildings with an approximately 8,100-square-foot <br />one-story education building to the east of the existing Church facility; the construction of <br />an approximately 3,108-square-foot multipurpose room addition to be attached to the <br />south of the existing Church facility, fronting Hopyard Road; the expansion of the existing <br />parking lot; and on-site landscaping removal and replanting. <br />SECTION 2. Staff is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />appellant, along with a letter informing her that she has ninety days from the date that <br />the City Council adopted the resolution to file a legal action. <br />SECTION 3.
