from Tetra Tech, Inc. so that the VCSP water pump station and turnout improvement
construction projects can proceed smoothly at this time.
BUDGET
Construction management and construction support services estimates for these two
water projects were detailed in the Updated Financing Plan for the Vineyard Corridor
Specific Plan (VCSP) at the January 16, 2007 Council meeting. At that time, Council
approved an estimated total of $345,000 for these services, as well as $345,000 to be
used as a contingency amount during construction of the new water booster pumping
station and turnout. These two amounts (a total of $700,000) were included as part of a
loan being made from the City's Water Fund to the VCSP fee account infrastructure
fund. The VCSP infrastructure fund pays for the VCSP infrastructure construction
through development fees for both the existing and the new homes built within the
VCSP area.
Submitted by: Fiscal Review: Approved y:
_ ~-
( ~ 41
Rob Wilson David P.
