A red ironbark ( #162, white arrow) and <br />willowleaf peppermint ( #161, red arrow) were located <br />in small planters on the southwest side of the site. <br />A semi - mature tuliptree ( #263) was located on the <br />Valley Ave. frontage. The trees was in good condition <br />with a set of codominant trunks high in the crown. <br />The locust on also located along Valley Ave., but more <br />to the northeast. This was a young tree in poor <br />condition. The tree's development had been <br />suppressed by adjacent plantings. Overall crown <br />structure was poor. <br />Results for individual trees are found in the Tree Survey Form and Tree Survey Map <br />(see Attachments). <br />
