ATTACHMENT 3 <br />Open Space Ownership and ManaEement Plan For PUD-56 <br />September 29, 2006 <br />Ownership and Use <br />The open space area shown to be within the boundaries of Lot 3 on the approved PUD <br />development plan shall be owned by that parcel. The open space shall be used <br />exclusively as open space, permitting only those uses specified in the Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan. The only structures to be built within the open space area are <br />open fencing, agriculture structures, and utility improvements. <br />Maintenance <br />The future maintenance of the open space, shall be the responsibility of the project's <br />homeowners association (Vineyard pass LLC.). This maintenance shall include but not <br />be limited to an annual mowing of the weeds. A 30-foot wide irrigated strip of native <br />species shall be planted between the open space area and any domestic landscaping on <br />Lot 3.
