CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CAPITAL IMPROVEMRNT <br />PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 1990-91 THROUGH <br />1994-95 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Assistant City Manager presented a staff report <br />(SR 90:139) to the City Council outlining a <br />Proposed Capital Improvement Program for fiscal <br />years 1990-91 through 1994-95; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 3, 1990, the proposed <br />Capital Improvement Program was reviewed and a <br />public hearing was held to afford the public the <br />opportunity to comment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYOF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves and adopts the Five <br />Year Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years <br />1990-91 through 1994-95 as set forth in Staff <br />Report 90:139, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference, with an <br />amendment to add up to $40,000 for the Amador High <br />School Boosters Club concession/ticket <br />booth/restroom construction. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 3, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: · . <br /> <br />Peg~.~E~id~, City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> · <br /> <br />Michael H.
