Resolution No. 90-69 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Negative Declaration for GP-90-01, <br />the application for an amendment to the Land Use <br />Element of the General Plan of an approximately <br />12.46 acre site located at the southwest corner of <br />West Las Positas Boulevard and Stoneridge Drive <br /> (Lot 24A of Hacienda Business Park) from <br /> "Industrial, Commercial and Offices" to "High <br /> Density Residential". <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> Approves the Negative Declaration for the <br />application of Prudential Insurance Company for <br />Planned Unit rezoning from PUD-I/C-O District to <br />the PUD-HDR District for the above site filed as <br />Case PUD-81-30-23M, and approves the Negative <br />Declaration for the development plan to construct <br />153 multi-family residential units and associated <br />parking, driveway, and landscape improvements for <br />the above site, filed as Case PUD-81-30-50D. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 20, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor <br />Mercer <br />Councilmember Tarver <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Peggy ~i~ro, ~/ity Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
