WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR A GENERAL PLANAMENDMENT <br />(GP-90-1) AND THEAPPLICATION OF <br />PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE FOR REZONING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALFILEDUNDER <br />CASES PUD-81-30-23MAND PUD-81-30-50D <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 20, 1990, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for <br />an amendment to the Land Use Element of the General <br />Plan of an approximately 12.46 acre site located at <br />the southwest corner of West Las Positas Boulevard <br />and Stoneridge Drive from "Industrial, Commercial <br />and Offices" to "High Density Residential;" and an <br />application for rezoning the above site from <br />PUD-I/C-O District to the PUD-HDR District; and an <br />application for development plan approval to <br />construct 153 multi-family residential units and <br />associated parking, driveway, and landscape <br />improvements on the above site; and <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 6, 1990 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed General Plan Amendment, rezoning and <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact <br />Reports; and <br /> <br />the city Council finds that the proposed <br />General Plan A/~endment, rezoning and development <br />plan would not have any significant adverse effects <br />on the environment; <br /> <br /> <br />
