Mining has not occurred on the project site, and implementation of the project would not affect the availabil- ity of any mineral resource. Therefore, this would be categorized as no-impact. 11. NOISE Environmental Setting External noise sources that could affect the site include over flights to/from the Livermore Airport, traf- fic noisc from Stanlcy Boulevard and adjacent strcets, and thc operations of the Union Pacific Railroad including the Alameda County Express commuter train. Noise emanating from thc site are expected to fall within the acceptablc levels identified in thc noise or- dinance, Standards of Significance For purposes of this environmental document, an impact is considered significant if the proposed project would: · Result in exterior noise levels above the acceptable level of 70 dBA; · Result in interior noise levels exceeding 45 dBA; · Result in construction noise levels that do no meet the City of Pleasanton Noise Ordinance.
