<br />Longs requests 24-hour store hours including the drive-through. StatT believes that <br />Longs should be restricted to the same operating hours as the Horne Depot - 6:00 a.rn. to <br />10:00 p.rn., except for the drive-through which is conditioned for 24-hour operation. <br /> <br />· Delivery Hours: <br /> <br />Longs requests 24-hour delivery hours or from 5 :00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. With the cornpleted street widcning, the building/landscape setbacks on Bernal <br />Avenue, Stanley Boulevard, Nevada Court, and the east property line are listed in, 'Table 2: <br />Development Standards and Project Conformance" of the "Zoning" scction of the staff report. <br />The projcct proposes a significant landscape/building sctback area is shown along both street <br />li'ontages. a plaza area located on the Bernal A venue/Stanley Boulevard intersection providing <br />pedestrian linkage and entry into the site at the corner, a signiticant numbcr of parking lot trees <br />is provided, vegetative bio-swales for urban storm water runotT measures are provided, and a <br />sidewalk connection is provided from Bernal Avenue to the Homc Depot store. <br /> <br />The drive-through lanes facing Stanley Boulevard and Bernal Avenue would be screened from <br />view with a combination of low walls, berrns, and building features. The separation between the <br />Stores "A" and "B" buildings was increased to provide a visual link trom the plaza to the north- <br />west corner of the Home Depot/Stores "C" buildings.
