Staff notes <br />that as conditioned this would be the only seasonal sale items permitted in the parking <br />area. <br /> <br />· Propane Exchange: <br /> <br />A propane cylinder exchange program area would be provided inside the store and will <br />consist of a metal enclosed propane stand, mcasuring approximatcly threc feet deep, six- <br />tecn feet long and six feet high. The propane service would allow customers to exchange <br />empty propane containers for full containers. Staff notes that propane is classified as a <br />hazardous substance and is regulated by the Liverrnore-Pleasanton Fire Departrnent <br />through its hazardous materials storage and handling permit issued for this development. <br /> <br />· Tool Rental Center: <br /> <br />A tool rental area would be located inside the building and will include, but is not limited <br />to drills, hammers, saws, cement mixers, tile cutters, generators, plumbing tools, welding <br />tools, compactors, paint sprayers, lawn & garden tools, pressure washers, sanders and <br />ladders.
