<br />Tramc Level-Of-Service Impacts/Mitigation Measures <br /> <br />The tramc study, "Report for (the) Home Depot Shopping Center Trl~ffic Study", dated July <br />14, 2006, prepared by Dowling Associates, the City's traffic consultant is attached. The report <br />analyzed the existing plus approved plus project scenarios with/without the bypass road concept <br />previously presented to the Planning Commission at its first work session on this proposal. The report, however, did not include the approved trips for the California <br />Splash development given that its trips were determined to be primarily otT-peak trips, thereby <br />not impacting the weekday a.m./p.m. peak cornmute hours: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. <br />to 5:30 p.m., respectively.
