BACKGROUND <br /> <br />The proposed project will allow the construction of 193,481 square feet of commercial building <br />area, including a Home Dcpot building supply store and garden center, a Longs pharmacy with a <br />drivc-through, and misccllaneous neighborhood retail stores including one drive-through restau- <br />rant/cafe, on an approximately 16.0-acre property located in the Stanley Business Park. <br /> <br />The proposal will add a major retail development in this area of the City. It will require a modi- <br />fication of the Stanley Business Park PUD development plan, a conditional use permit lor the <br />operations of the Home Depot building supply store and garden center, and dcsign review ap- <br />proval.
