<br />SUBJECT PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> <br />Project Location <br />The proposed project consists of a flat, vacant parcel totaling approximately 16 acres in <br />area located on the southeast corner of Stanley Boulevard and Bernal Avenue.
