It includes
measures pertaining to its uses and operations to ensure its compatibility with the area,
and it includes traffic mitigation measures to ensure its safety and conformance to the
Pleasanton General Plan. Staff understands that there remains community concern
and opposition to the proposal based on size and location, traffic impacts, traffic noise,
and congestion on Valley Avenue.
