Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />420-square-foot first-floor addition to the rear of the existing residence located at <br />4372 Bristolwood Road. <br />Approved. <br />PSDR-303, Christine Salidivar, Pleasanton Downtown Association <br />Application for sign design review approval to install adirectional/directory sign for the <br />existing building at 830 Main Street. <br />Approved. <br />ACTIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION -January 24, 2007 <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Blank, Fox, O'Connor, Olson, and Pearce. <br />Commissioner Absent: Commissioner Pearce left the meeting prior to the discussion on <br />PCUP-155/PDR-513, Trinity Lutheran Church. <br />Application for a conditional use permit to operate a learning center for pre-kindergarten <br />Montessori classes and tutoring for kindergarteners and elementary school students <br />Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in an existing building located at <br />1024 Serpentine Lane, Suite 7-b. Zoning for the property is PUD-I (Planned Unit <br />Development -Industrial) District. <br />Approved per staff, with the addition of the following conditions: (1) The Center shall <br />not be used as a daycare/childcare facility; should the applicant desire to provide such <br />services, a new conditional use permit shall be required and approved and shall <br />accompany any applicable State licenses; and (2) The children may only be dropped off <br />and picked up inside the classroom by their parents. The Commission also directed <br />that the Planning Director and Traffic Engineer look into the installation of signage in the <br />parking lot alerting to the presence of the school's activities. <br />Vote: 4-1 (Fox voted no.) <br />PDR-422, Duke Fuller <br />Application for design review approval to construct an approximately 5,484-square-foot <br />single-story custom home with an approximately 767-square-foot attached garage at the <br />property located at 4134 Foothill Road. Zoning for the property is PUD-A/RDR <br />(Planned Unit Development-Agriculture/Rural Density Residential) District. <br />Approved per staff. <br />Vote: 5-0. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
