The same observed and floating holidays as <br />provided in the Management and Confidential Compensation <br />Plan shall apply. <br /> <br />Vehicle Allowance/Telephone. There shall be a vehicle <br />allowance of $300 per month. The City shall also <br />provide a car telephone and pay for all service charges <br />related to city business. <br /> <br />Severance Pay. If the City Manager is removed by the <br />city Council, the City Manager shall receive a maximum <br />of six months severance pay, which payments shall be <br />based on the then current salary of the City Manager at <br />the time of the removal. If the City Manager obtains <br />other employment prior to the expiration of the six <br />month period, severance payments shall stop. <br /> <br />Retirement System. State of California Public Employees <br />Retirement System (PERS). City will pay employee's <br />share of PERS costs (seven percent). <br /> <br />D~ferred Compensation. Option to participate in <br />deferred compensation program. <br /> <br /> <br />
