EXHIBIT A <br />TO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-34 <br /> <br />SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS <br />FOR CITY MANAGER DEBORAH ACOSTA <br /> <br />The annual salary for City Manager Deborah Acosta is $92,000 <br />commencing March 5, 1990. <br /> <br />The City Manager may be eligible for a performance bonus up <br />to a maximum amount not to exceed 5 percent of her base <br />annual salary. Said bonus shall be paid in one lump sum. <br /> <br />Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br />Medical. Fully-paid premiums for either the City Blue <br />Cross Plan, Foundation Health Plan, or the Kaiser "S" <br />Plan with optical and prescription drug options. <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Post Retirement Medical Insurance. City Manager shall <br />be entitled to same post retirement medical insurance <br />benefits as provided other management employees as <br />described in the City of Pleasanton Management and <br />Confidential Compensation Plan, Section 5, Paragraph <br />5.2. <br /> <br />C. Dental. Fully-paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br />Dg <br /> <br />Life Insurance. Fully-paid premiums for life insurance <br />with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the <br />employee. <br /> <br />Lon~-Term Disability. <br />disability insurance. <br /> <br />Fully-paid premiums for long-term <br /> <br />Holiday Leave. The holiday leave provisions as provided <br />in the Management and Confidential Compensation Plan <br />shall apply. <br /> <br />~. Twenty (20) vacation days annually, except <br />that there shall be credited immediately ten (10) <br />vacation days. <br /> <br />He <br /> <br />Sick Leave. The sick leave provisions as provided in <br />the Management and Confidential Compensation Plan shall <br />apply, except that there shall be credited immediately <br />96 hours of sick leave. During the first year, there <br />shall be no accumulation of sick leave. <br /> <br />Administrative Leave· Seven (7) days administrative <br />leave per fiscal year, to be reimbursed twice each year, <br />January and July, if not taken. <br /> <br /> <br />
