<br />Roadway and Transit Network Inputs <br /> <br />The highway network for existing conditions was developed from City records for <br />facilities in and around Pleasanton. The "Approved" scenario highway network <br />includes those improvements likely to be in place within the next seven years. The <br />"Buildout" network consists of the street network elements agreed to by the <br />Pleasanton City Council on August 29, 2006, including: <br /> <br />. EI Charro Road extension to Stanley Boulevard as a 4-lane divided roadway <br /> <br />. Nevada Street extension to First Street as a 2-lane roadway with 2-way left <br />turn lane <br /> <br />. Bernal Avenue between Meadowlark and 1-680 - 4-lane divided roadway <br /> <br />. Bernal Avenue between Meadowlark and Foothill- 3 lane roadway <br /> <br />. Bernal Avenue between 1-680 and Valley Avenue - 6-lane divided roadway <br /> <br />. Busch Road between Valley Avenue and EI Charro Road - 4-lane divided <br />roadway <br /> <br />. Foothill Road between 1-580 and Stone ridge Drive - 6-lane divided roadway <br /> <br />. Stanley Boulevard between Main Street and First Street - one lane in each <br />direction and a 2-way left turn lane <br /> <br />. Bernal Avenue widening west, including Bridge over Arroyo Del Valle <br /> <br />. Bernal Avenue widening east, including Bridge over Arroyo Del Valle <br /> <br />. Stanley Boulevard widening east of Bernal Avenue to allow three eastbound <br />through lanes at intersection <br /> <br />. Happy Valley Bypass Road <br /> <br />. 1-680 southbound on-ramp widening from Bernal Avenue to accommodate <br />two westbound left turn lanes <br /> <br />. Valley Avenue widening north of Bernal to create a new southbound right <br />turn only lane and accommodate three eastbound left turn lanes <br /> <br />1996 General Plan Roadway Network EXCLUDED from the travel demand <br />modeling assumptions are: <br /> <br />. Dublin Canyon Way - not widened to 4-lane divided road <br /> <br />. Stoneridge Drive not widened to 6-lanes east of Santa Rita Road and not <br />extended to EI Charro Road <br /> <br />.
