During the 45-day <br />public review period, the Planning Commission will invite public comment on the <br />Public Hearing Draft General Plan and DEIR through a Community Meeting or <br />Planning Commission public hearing. <br />Task timing: 45-day review period to run September through mid-October 2007. <br />E. Preparation of Final EIR and Draft General Plan. Following the Planning <br />Commission public hearing(s) the consultant will draft a Final EIR and staff will <br />incorporate requested amendments into the Public Hearing Draft General Plan. <br />Task timing: mid-October to mid-November 2007. Products: Final EIR and Draft <br />General Plan. <br />F. Planning Commission Recommendation of Final EIR and Draft General Plan <br />to City Council. The Planning Commission will take a formal action on the <br />Draft General Plan and EIR. <br />Task timing: November 2007. <br />G. City Council action on Final EIR and Draft General Plan. City Council holds <br />one or more hearings and certifies the Final EIR and adopts the General Plan. <br />Task timing: December 2007.
