This could enhance the entries to the Downtown and increase awareness of the Arroyo's existence and visual richness. Wildlife habitats along the Arroyo should be identified to ensure that plans for increased visibility and access are consistent with the preservation of these areas. Special efforts should be made to ensure that future flood control activities maintain the natural character of this waterway.
