Resolution No. 90-13 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: If BART adopts Alternative 2 (3 stations) or <br /> Alternative 3 (2 stations with the terminus in East <br /> Dublin/Pleasanton) with all parking on the north <br /> side of 1-580, the Council supports a connecting <br /> roadway in the rail right-of-way under 1-580. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br /> Council requests BART's proportionate share of <br />the cost to mitigate significant traffic impacts <br />that would occur in 1995 at the 1-680/Stoneridge <br />Drive interchange if the Proposed Project is <br />adopted by the BART Board. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 16, 1990 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Pegg~/,~. ~/~z~dro ~J <br />Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM:~ ~ <br /> <br />Michael H.
