<br />D. Public Review of Hearing Draft General Plan and Draft EIR. During the 45-day <br />public review period, the Planning Commission will invite public comment on the Public <br />Hearing Draft General Plan and DEIR through a Community Meeting or Planning <br />Commission public hearing. <br />Task timing: 45-day review period to run September through mid-October 2007. <br /> <br />E. Preparation of Final EIR and Draft General Plan. Following the Planning <br />Commission public hearing(s) the consultant will draft a Final EIR and staff will <br />incorporate requested amendments into the Public Hearing Draft General Plan. <br />Task timing: mid-October to mid-November 2007. Products: Final EIR and Draft <br />General Plan. <br /> <br />F. Planning Commission Recommendation of Final EIR and Draft General Plan to City <br />Council. The Planning Commission will take a formal action on the Draft General Plan <br />and EIR. <br />Task timing: November 2007. <br /> <br />G. City Council action on Final EIR and Draft General Plan. City Council holds one or <br />more hearings and certifies the Final EIR and adopts the General Plan. <br />Task timing: December 2007.
