Sundays . 8:30 AM-IO:OO PM "Sunday Morning Nursery Co-op Program from 8:30 AM to 12:30PM for approx. 15 - 30 toddlers, 6 months to 3 years old, will be held in the dedicated Nursery Room. This is a parent co-op run by the parents. There are approximately 4 to 8 caregivers that are parishioners. This is a service for parents attending the religious service. There is an exterior fenced and screened area adjacent to the nursery room for outdoor play but no play structures will be installed. After-Service-Brunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for approximately 100 people at anyone time. The attendees are already onsite for the church service. The food is potluck from church members already on- site. Buffet tables will be set-up in the Corridor in front of the entrance to the Conference Room. . CYO (Catholic Youth Organization) Basketball or Athletic games/practices from I :30 PM to 3:45 PM during the basketball season. Each game has 2 teams of 10 members and 2 coaches. One game is played at a time. The total population of the GymlMultipurpose Room at anyone time is approx. 40 people max. . "High School Religious Education from 7:45 PM to 9:45 PM. Classes comprised of teenagers will total approx. 50 -100. Parents will drop- off and pickup some of the students while others will drive themselves. Approximately 5 parents and I staff member will serve as teachers. Many students will be already on-site for the 6: 15 PM religious service. They will use the Meeting Rooms and the Conference Room. . "Meetings may be held occasionally from I :30 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM for various church organizations. A maximum of 20 people at anyone time with I staff member. They will use the Meeting Rooms or the Conference Room. . "Religious Speaker or Seminar 7:45 PM to 9:45 PM may be held in the Conference Room. This will be for special speakers or classes approx. 4 times per year with up to 100 attendees. . Events and programs will end 15-minutes before or start 15-minutes after large events to ensure that the parking lot is not overfilled. . See "General" on page 2 for Sunday religious services. . 30f5
