Accept the improvements for this project. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for this <br />project. <br /> <br />3. Authorize final payment to Talus Construction in the amount of <br />$3,109.55. <br /> <br />4. Authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $40,316.01 to <br />Talus Construction thirty days after filing the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />5. Authorize the transfer of surplus funds in the amount of $24,801 <br />into the Annual Water Replacement Project, CIP Project No. <br />061000. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Construction of this project is complete and ready for acceptance. The <br />project consisted of installation of approximately 2,130 LF of new 12" <br />PVC water main along Longview Drive from the Longview Pump <br />Station to a nearby water tank. Other improvements included the <br />replacement of water service connections along Bernal A venue <br />between Tawny Drive and Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
